How do you even use these on a modern engine? I have only ever seen them on cars with side draft carbs.

In my case they are going into the front of turbos. Front the pictures I’ve seen they are used for for modified cars where the compact size helps, I wouldn’t put it on anything na built past 95.(Because the stock setup is usually optimized already)
